Chia Pudding
Put:
1/3 - 1/2 c chia seeds
(depending on how thick you like it)
in the Milk jar or bowl
& stir to get chia mixed well.
Let the mixture set for 5 min.
Then stir again.
Make one of these options:
Almond Milk
Chia Milk
Coconut Milk
Coconut Brazil Nut Milk
Peanut Butter Milk
If you want the Chia Pudding sweeter, you can add:
1 T honey
(or pure maple syrup if used when making milk)
Then stir again.
Chill by refrigerating for 1 - 2 hrs. or overnight.
Pour in bowls & serve
or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
