Pear Ginger Bowl
Put:
7 c diced pears
1 t diced fresh ginger (good)
or 1 t ginger powder (best)
1 bay leaf
1 pinch salt
1 T honey
1 c water
in a pan.
Cook on med. heat for 35 min.
Stir occasionally.
After cooking, discard bay leaf.
Put in a bowl.
Can serve warm or refrigerate until serving.
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days
or freeze.
