Peanut Butter Milk

Put:
2 T peanut butter with salt
or 1/2 c dry roasted peanuts with salt
(if not, add 1/8 t salt)
1 - 2 T honey

or 1/3 c pitted dates
1 c water
in a blender & blend for 15 sec.

or 1 - 2 min. if using peanuts or pitted dates.
(can strain if desired)

Pour in a jar.

Add to the jar:

2 c water more

Serve or chill by refrigerating for 1 hr. or overnight.

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
