Almond Milk
Put:
1/2 c almonds, macadamias
or 2 T almond butter
1/8 t salt
1 - 2 T honey or pure maple syrup
or 1/3 c pitted dates
1 c water
in a blender & blend for 15 sec.
or 1 - 2 min. if using almonds or dates.
(can strain if desired)
Pour in a jar.
Add to the jar:
2 c water more
Serve or chill by refrigerating for 1 hr. or overnight.
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
