Chia Milk
(Chia Seed Mixture)
Put:
1 T chia seeds
1/2 c almonds or cashews
1 c water
in a jar with a lid & shake.
Put in fridge for 10 - 12 hrs.
After the 10 - 12 hrs., put:
the Chia Seed Mixture
3/4 c pitted dates
1/8 t salt
1 c water
in a blender & blend for 1 - 2 min.
Pour in a jar.
Add to the jar:
2 c water more
Serve or chill by refrigerating for 1 hr. or overnight.
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
