Roasted Nuts / Seeds
Preheat oven at 350º
Put:
1 - 2 c of raw nuts or seeds
(depending on how many you want)
in a large glass pan or on a cookie sheet.
(For sweet roasted nuts,
you can add to nuts in the glass pan:
1/4 - 1/3 c maple syrup
& stir, making sure they are coated well.
Then stir again after baking.)
Bake at 350º
in a large glass pan
for 15 - 16 min. (cashews, pecans,
pumpkin seeds, walnuts & almonds)
for 12 - 14 min. (sesame & sunflower seeds)
on the middle rack of the oven.
OR
on a cookie sheet
for 10 - 12 min. (cashews, pecans,
pumpkin seeds, walnuts & almonds)
for 7 - 8 min. (sesame & sunflower seeds)
on the middle rack of the oven.

(pressed down with the back of a spoon)
Roasted Cashews
