Apple Fruit Bowl
Put:
3 c grapes
3 c diced apples
1 1/2 - 2 1/2 c diced bananas
1/2 c pecans
1/2 c diced dates
2 c 100% pineapple or orange juice
(or 2/3 c frozen concentrate
& 1 1/3 c water)
in a bowl & stir lightly.
Can refrigerate for 2 hours
or overnight to chill
& saturate the flavors.
Stir lightly & serve
or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
