Sour Cream / & Onion
For Sour Cream
(Herb Sauce)
Put:
1/2 t onion powder
1/2 t dill
1/2 t celery seed
1/2 t coriander
1/4 t garlic powder
1/2 t salt
1/4 c lime juice
1 t honey
1/4 c water
in a pot & heat on med. for 10 min.
Stir frequently.
Put in a blender:
1 c slivered almonds
1 c water
For Sour Cream & Onion
Follow the Sour Cream recipe
& pour in a bowl.
Then add:
1/2 c finely sliced green onions
to the bowl & stir.

Also use a strainer & strain the Herb Sauce into the blender & blend for 1 - 2 min.

Chill & serve
or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Freezes well, just stir after thawing.
