Baked Potato


Preheat oven at 350º
Put:
4 - 16 russet potatoes
1/2 c water (in each pan)
in glass pans.
Bake at 350º for 1 - 1 3/4 hrs.
(you can check with a knife or fork to see if the potatoes are soft)

After the potatoes are baked, to pop them open with a fluffy look, use a fork to make a zig zag line of holes in each potato.


Squeeze both ends of the potato & push toward the center of the potato.
It will pop open & fluff out.
Put on each potato in this order:
1/16 - 1/8 t salt, sprinkled on
1/4 - 1/2 t virgin coconut oil, drizzled on
2 - 3 T of the Sour Cream
1/4 t dried or fresh chives, sprinkled on
& serve.
