Translucent Glaze Sauce
Put:
1 1/2 c 100 % pineapple juice
(or 1/2 c concentrate & 1 c water)
2 T arrowroot
1/8 t salt
1/2 c water
in a pan & mix well by whisking.
Continue whisking on med. heat for about 5 min. until it becomes translucent.
Use in Fruit Pizzas or pour into a bowl.
Cool in the refrigerator for at least 30 - 40 min. or overnight.
Serve
or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Freezes well, just stir after thawing.
