Small Fruit Pizzas

(Can be made the day before & refrigerate overnight.)

Make (into rectangles without topping):

Here are 2 different ways to cut the dough into rectangles.

Spread the Thick Sauce on the rectangle Flat Breads.

You can put 2 - 3 layers on.
(as it cools it will thicken so you can add more on the top)

Drizzle the Glaze over the fruit with a large spoon.
(keeps the fruit from turning brown)


Refrigerate for 30 min. - 1 hr. to allow the Glaze to cool & set.

Serve or transfer to air tight
containers & refrigerate for up to 3 days

or freeze.

Flat Bread

(For future breakfasts, you can make the Flat Bread rectangles, freeze them, & then take out as many as you want to make into Small Fruit Pizzas.)

Make:
Thick Fruit Dip
or Sauce

with spelt flour

with rice flour

Place in a pattern or any design:
about 2 1/2 c of any of the following fruit:
grapes, blueberry, raspberries,
blackberries, sliced ripe bananas,
strawberries, mango, nectarines,
canned or fresh pineapples,
pears, peaches, etc.
on top of the Thick Sauce.

Make: Translucent
Glaze Sauce

Goes well with any of these:

Blue
berries

Bananas

Grapes

Cherries

Rasp
berries

Straw
berries

Pine
apple
