Fruit Pizza

Make:

Then put:
3 t pure maple syrup
1 t water
in a small bowl & stir.
Brush over the top of the pizza crust.

Loosen the pizza crust from the cookie sheet by going around the cookie sheet with a sharp knife between the cookie sheet & the crust.

Bake at 350º for 30 min. until golden brown.

The pizza crust might break up some, but when cutting the finished pizza, it will stay together just fine because the thick fruit dip or sauce holds it together.

Spread the Thick Sauce on the pizza crust.

Place in a pattern, picture or any design:
about 3 c of any of the following fruit:
grapes, blueberry, raspberries,
blackberries, sliced ripe bananas,
strawberries, mango, nectarines,
canned or fresh pineapples,
pears or peaches.
on top of the Thick Sauce.

Pour or drizzle with a large spoon the Glaze over the fruit & spread out.
(keeps the fruit from turning brown)

Here is another pattern idea where each slice has every kind of fruit on it.
