Jelly / Jam Toast

Make:

Let cool in the refrigerator or keep in the refrigerator to use in the morning.

Put:
2 slices whole grain muffins/bagels/bread
(or how many you want)
in a toaster or toaster oven & toast.

Make one of these options:

Jelly

Strawberry
Jelly

Spread:
1 - 2 T of the Jelly or Jam
on each toasted muffin/bagel/bread.

Then spread:
1 - 2 T of the Cream Cheese
on each toasted muffin/bagel/bread.

Top with:
1 t pecans or walnuts
(taste for freshness)
on each toasted muffin/bagel/bread
& serve.
