Grape Jelly
(Can be made a day or 2 before.)
Put:
1 1/2 c grapes
3 T arrowroot
1/2 c frozen 100% grape juice concentrate
1/2 c frozen 100% apple juice concentrate
1/2 c water
in a blender & blend for 20 - 30 sec.
Put in a pot.
Heat on med. high until thick, about 5 - 10 min.
Stirring constantly.
Let cool 10 min. & pour in bowls or jars.
Will be like a syrup the first 24 hrs.
Will turn to a jelly after 24 hrs.

or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days
or freeze.
