If you do not want the lemon juice to wilt the lettuce, then wait until ready to serve to pour the Mayo into the Salad bowl & toss.

Can refrigerate the Salad & Mayo separately, if you like, until serving.

(Salad)
Put:
5 c lettuce
(and/or salad greens you like)
2 c frozen peas, thawed
1 c diced tomato
to the large salad bowl & toss.
