Sweet Coconut Rice

or use 3 c of leftover rice.

Add to the rice:
1 - 2 c hot water
2 T coconut butter
3 T honey
Stir until the coconut butter is melted.

Serve in a serving dish or individual bowls.

Can top with:
pecans or peanuts
