Spinach Spread
Make:
Mayo
(with cashews)
Click Picture
Pour into a large bowl.
Add:
1/4 c chopped red, orange,
and/or yellow bell peppers
1/4 c chopped green onions
1 c chopped canned water chestnuts
2 c frozen spinach, thawed
drained well & chopped
1/2 t onion powder or granules
1/2 t celery flakes
1/2 t dill
1/2 t salt
to the large bowl & stir.
Chill for 2 hrs. or overnight in the refrigerator.
Serve
or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days
or freeze.
