For Smooth Butternut Squash
Make 2 small or 1 large:
Butternut Squash

(blend in batches)
Put:
2 c of the Butternut Squash
1/16 t salt
1 T coconut butter
1 t almond butter
2 T pure maple syrup
1/3 c water
for 20 sec.
Honey Oat Granola
(Can make granola a day or more before)
Spread the Honey Oat Granola on the bottom of a glass pan or serving dish 1/2" thick.
Instead of pouring the blended butternut squash in bowls, pour over the granola 1/2" - 1" thick.
Spread out with the back of a large spoon or spatula.

Follow the Smooth Butternut Squash recipe & make:

Pour into a large bowl or individual bowls & serve.
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Freezes well, just stir after thawing.
Can top with:
pecans or more granola
& serve.
