Make 2 small or 1 large:

(blend in batches)
Put:
2 c of the Butternut Squash
1/16 t salt
1 T coconut butter

1 t almond butter
2 T pure maple syrup

1/3 c water
for 20 sec.

(Can make granola a day or more before)

Spread the
Honey Oat Granola on the bottom of a glass pan or serving dish 1/2" thick.

Instead of pouring the blended butternut squash in bowls, pour over the granola 1/2" - 1" thick.
Spread out with the back of a large spoon or spatula.
