Grilled Cheese
Make:
Cashew/Almond
Cheese Sauce
(with cashews)

Set the Cheese Sauce aside.
Spread 1 side of:
4 slices of whole grain bread
(or how many you want, because
1 batch of Cheese Sauce makes about
15 - 16 grilled cheese sandwiches
on 30 - 32 slices of bread)
with:
1/2 t virgin coconut oil
Turn the bread slices over & spread the other sides with some of the Cheese Sauce.
Put 2 cheese spread bread sides together & cook in skillet on med. heat.
Flip after 1 min. about 3 - 4 times until each side is light golden brown.
Cut in half & serve
or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
