Celery Sticks De-veined
Cut off ends of:
1 celery bunch
(or however many you want)
Wash each stalk individually.
Put knife on the end of stalk just inside of the outside curve & cut a little.
Hold this outside part with your thumb & knife or fingers.
Pull the vein down & off.
Then de-vein the left & right sides of the stalk.
Cut the stalks into 3" segments.
To make the larger stalk segments even more eatable & thinner, you can cut them down the middle.

Use in the RecipeRICH recipes below or put in a dish that you can cover or use plastic wrap.
Add:
1/4 c water
cover & refrigerate until serving.
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 days. (will curl a little)
