Your Choice Fruit Bowl
Put:
4 c 100% orange or pineapple juice
(or 1 1/3 c frozen concentrate
& 2 2/3 c water)
in a large bowl.
Add to or take out any of these choices:
1 c diced kiwis
2 c diced apples
1 c diced pineapples
2 c grapes
1 c sliced strawberries
5 figs (optional)
1/2 c chopped dates
1/2 c whole pecans or pieces
1/2 c whole walnuts or pieces
to the large bowl & toss.
Can refrigerate for 2 hrs. or overnight to chill & saturate the flavors.
Stir lightly & serve.
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
