Tahini Sauce
Put:
1/2 c tahini
1/4 t garlic powder
1 t basil or parsley
1/2 t salt
1/4 c lemon juice
1/4 c water
in a bowl & whisk for about 2 min.
Serve over asparagus, yellow squash or zucchini.
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Freezes well, just stir after thawing.
