Sweet Tart Rosemary Dressing
Put:
3/4 c slivered almonds
or 1 c cashews
or 2/3 c raw whole almonds
1 T garlic powder
2 t dried rosemary
or 1 1/2 t rosemary powder
1 1/2 t salt
1/2 c lemon juice
2 T virgin olive oil
2 T honey
3/4 c water
in a blender & blend for 1 - 2 min.
Pour in a bowl or jar.
Chill & serve
or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Freezes well, just stir after thawing.
