Salsa
Put:
4 c (2 - 14.5 to 15 oz. cans)
diced tomatoes
or diced fresh tomatoes
or combination
1 c diced fresh tomatoes
1 t onion powder
1 t garlic powder
1/4 t oregano
1/4 t basil
1/8 t coriander
1/16 turmeric
1 t salt
2 T lime juice
in a bowl & stir.
Can also add:
1 T sliced cilantro
Serve
or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days
or freeze.
