Orange Fruit Bowl
Put:
4 c red grapes
4 c sliced oranges
2 c sliced strawberries
1/4 c unsweetened shredded
coconut or flakes
2 T chia seeds
1/3 c honey
2 c frozen 100% pineapple juice
(or 2/3 c frozen concentrate
& 1 1/3 c water)
in a bowl & stir.
You can serve pain or top with:
nuts and/or coconut.
Can refrigerate for 2 hrs. or overnight to chill & saturate the flavors.
Serve
or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
