Lime Fruit Bowl
(Can be made the evening before.)
Put:
2 c diced pineapples, mangos or apples
2 c diced strawberries, blueberries,
grapes or raspberries
2 c diced very ripe bananas
or 1/3 c diced dates
4 T lime juice
1/8 t salt
in a bowl & toss.
For a variation,
you can also add:
1/3 - 1/2 c pecans or walnuts
to the bowl & toss.
Serve
or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
