Put:
1 c raisins
1/3 - 1/2 c diced dried figs,

with stems removed
(if you don’t have,
just use more raisins)
1/3 - 1/2 c diced dried apricots

(if you don’t have,
just use more raisins)
2 c 100% grape juice

(fresh, frozen, or in a jar, if frozen,
2/3 c concentrate & 1/ 1/3 c water)
in a blender & blend for 1 min.


Pour in a large jar or several smaller jars.

Serve about 1/3 - 1/2 c for breakfast every other day or so,
or every day for 1 - 2 wks. until iron energy comes back.

Of course, your energy will be low if you do not get enough sleep or if you are missing vitamins & minerals.

Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
Freezes well, just stir after thawing.
