Green Beans
Put:
1 c water
1/4 t salt
in a pot & bring to a boil.
Then add:
4 c frozen green beans
to the pot.
Cook covered on med. for 10 - 25 min.
(depending on how soft you want them)
Stir occasionally.
Can drain a little,
if there is too much liquid in the beans.
After cooking, add:
1/2 t salt or more
1 - 2 t virgin coconut oil
& toss.
Serve
or cool down & refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
