French / Catalina Dressing

Put:
1/4 c tomato paste
1 T onion powder
1 T paprika
1/4 t garlic powder
1 t salt
2 T lemon juice
1 T virgin coconut oil
1/4 c honey
1/2 c water
in a blender & blend for 20 - 30 sec.
(so oil gets infused into the dressing)

Chill & serve
or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
