Corn on the Cob / Corn
For Corn on the Cob
Put:
4 ears or sections of fresh or frozen corn
(or how many you want)
5 c water
in a large pot.
Boil with lid slightly ajar
for 20 - 30 min. or more.
(The longer corn is cooked the more antioxidants are produced up to 1 hr.)
Stir occasionally.

For Corn
Put:
3 c fresh or frozen corn
1 c water
in a pot.
Boil with lid slightly ajar
for 20 - 30 min. or more.
Stir occasionally.
Drain a little if desired & add:
1 t virgin coconut oil or olive oil
1 t salt
to the pot, toss & serve.

Can serve each ear of corn with:
1 t virgin coconut oil (or as desired)
