This dish you can either cook on the stove top for 20 - 30 min. on med. - high heat
or
preheat your oven at 350º
& bake for the time specified below.

Put:
3 c fresh or frozen
brussels sprouts, thawed
1/2 c diced onion
1 t basil
1 t thyme
1 t dill
1/2 t salt
2 t lime or lemon juice
1/4 c water

in a casserole dish (or skillet for stove top) & toss.

Bake with lid slightly ajar
at 350º for 50 min.

Then toss & bake uncovered
at 350º for 10 min.

Then toss again & continue baking
uncovered at 350º for 10 min. more.

When finished cooking, can add:
1 t virgin coconut oil or olive oil
1/4 - 1/2 t salt
to the casserole dish or skillet
& toss.

Serve

or cool down & refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days
or freeze.
