Antibiotic Electrolyte Soup
Put:
5 c diced yellow potatoes
2 c diced yellow onions
2 c sliced carrots
1 c diced celery
2 minced garlic cloves
10 - 15 sliced garlic cloves
4 - 5 t salt
in a pot.
Cover the vegetables with:
1" of water
above them & bring to boil.
Reduce heat to med.
& with lid slightly ajar,
simmer for 30 - 40 min.
until potatoes are soft.
Stir occasionally.
Have 1 - 2 c for breakfast & lunch for 2 days for natural antibiotics, electrolytes & vitamin A.
Try not to eat much of anything else.
This lets your body work on healing itself & not on digesting food.
You can also have 5 oranges or grapefruits (segmented or juiced) for any breakfast in place of this soup to get vitamin C benefits.
Drink 1 glass of water every hr. for 8 hrs. a day to flush out germs.
Buy echinacea/goldenseal vegetable glycerin tincture & have 1 - 2 droppers full 1 - 2 times a day for natural antibiotics.
