Almond Herb Dressing
Put:
1 c whole raw almonds
1 clove garlic
1 t oregano
1/2 t dill
1/2 t parsley
1/8 t ground celery seed
1 1/4 t salt
1/3 c lemon juice
2 T virgin olive oil
1 c water
in a blender & blend for 1 - 2 min.
For a variation, can add to the blender:
1/2 t celery flakes or basil
& stir or blend for 2 sec.
Can also add:
1 - 2 T toasted sesame seeds
after blending & stir in, or sprinkle on a salad.

Pour in a bowl or jar.
Chill & serve
or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days
or freeze.
