Lay out flat:
(however many you want to dry)
whole grain bread slices
(you may want to use seedless
when serving with a meal,
because the seeds may get too hard)
in glass pans for the oven

or on dehydrator trays.

Bake in an oven at 170º for 4 hrs.,
or in a dehydrator at 160º - 170º

for 2 - 3 hrs. until dry.

When serving with a meal,
toast about 1 min. & 20 sec. before serving.
(Watch because
Zwieback can burn quickly)
