Preheat oven at 350º

Put:
5 c sliced potatoes
in the bottom of a casserole dish.

Make:
White Sauce
(with cashews)

White SauceWhite Sauce

Add:
1/2 t salt
1 1/2 c water
to the White Sauce, stir & pour over the potatoes.

With a rubber spatula, smooth the White Sauce over the potatoes to cover the potatoes with the sauce.

Bake covered at 350º for 1 1/4 hrs. until potatoes are soft.

Serve
or cool down & refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
