Guacamole Bien

Put:
2 large or 4 small diced ripe avocados
(about 1 1/2 c)
1/3 c chopped red onion
2 minced garlic cloves
(about 1 T)
1/4 c chopped cilantro (optional)
3/4 t salt
2 T lime juice
in a bowl & stir.

Serve
or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days
or freeze.
