White Gravy
White Gravy

Put:
1 c raw cashews
2 c water
1 1/2 T whole grain flour or arrowroot
2 t onion powder
1 t garlic powder
1/4 t celery flakes
1/4 t parsley
1 1/2 t salt
in a blender & blend for 1 - 2 min.
Pour in large skillet.

Add:
1 1/2 c water more
to the large skillet & stir.

Cook on medium for 10 min. until thick.

Serve
or cool down & refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Can freeze, but will need to be thawed, then put in a pot with a little water & heat on med. high while whisking for 3 - 5 min.
