Put:
3 t maple syrup
1 t water
in a small bowl & stir.
Brush over the top of the pizza crust.

Loosen the pizza crust from the cookie sheet by going around the cookie sheet with a sharp knife between the cookie sheet & the crust.

Bake at 350º for 30 min. until golden brown.

The pizza crust might break up some, but when cutting the finished pizza, it will stay together just fine because the thick fruit dip or sauce holds it together.
