Dill Green Bean Rice
Put:
5 c potatoes
3 c frozen green beans, thawed
1/2 c rinsed rice
1 1/2 t dill weed
1 t celery flakes
2 t salt
5 c water
in a casserole dish
& stir.
Preheated at 350º
Make: White Sauce
(with almonds)

Add the White Sauce to the casserole dish & stir.
Bake with lid slightly ajar at 350º for 2 hrs. until rice & potatoes are done.
Remove lid and let thicken as it cools down.
Serve
or cool down & refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days
