Cole Slaw

Put:
1 c raw cashews
or 3/4 c slivered almonds
2 t onion powder
1 t garlic powder
1/2 t parsley
3/4 t dill
1 1/4 t salt
3 T lemon juice
2 T honey
1 c water
in a blender & blend for 1 - 2 min.
Put in a large bowl.

Put in a food processor or grate with a grater:
7-8 c of cabbage (1 small - med. head)
& pour into the large bowl of sauce.

Put in a food processor or grate with a grater:
3 c of carrots
& pour into the large bowl of sauce & stir.

or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
