Coconut Pasta / Rice

For Coconut Rice Pasta

Put:
3 c water
in a pot & bring to boil.

After water boils, add:
2 c rice pasta
1/2 t salt
to the pot & cook according to the package (or for 10 - 15 min.) until pasta is soft.
Do not drain.

Add to the pot:
2 T coconut butter
2 - 3 T honey
& stir.
Serve in bowls.

Can top with:
pecans or peanuts

or use 3 c of leftover rice.

Add to the rice:
1 c hot water
1 T coconut butter
2 T honey
Stir until the coconut butter is melted.

Can top with:
pecans or peanuts

Serve in bowls.
