Cheese Potatoes

Preheat oven at 350º

Put:
5 c sliced yellow or red potatoes
(not russet)
in the bottom of a glass dish.

Make:
Cashew/Almond
Cheese Sauce
(with cashews)

Add:
1 t salt
1 1/2 - 2 c water
to the Cheese Sauce, stir & pour over the potatoes.

With a rubber spatula, smooth the Cheese Sauce over the potatoes to cover the potatoes with the sauce.

Bake at 350º for 1 1/4 hrs. until potatoes are soft.

Serve
or cool down & refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
