Put:
3 c sliced carrots
1 bay leaf
1 t basil
1 t tarragon
1/2 t salt
2 c water
in a pot & bring to boil.
Reduce heat & cook uncovered for 30 min., stirring occasionally.

Can add:
1/2 t virgin coconut oil or olive oil
to the pot & toss.

Serve
or cool down & refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days
or freeze.
